About CarriVault

CarriVault was built by people who run a freight brokerage and deal with fraud firsthand.

After dealing with carrier onboarding, identity verification, insurance discrepancies, and freight fraud firsthand, we saw the need for a better way to verify carriers before freight is booked.

That’s why we created CarriVault: to give freight brokers and shippers a more transparent way to verify carriers, identify suspicious activity, and manage onboarding without unnecessary paperwork.

CarriVault is developed by Urban Technologies LLC, based in Brush Prairie, Washington.

Double brokering, hijacked MC numbers and fake carriers have become a daily risk for brokerages. CarriVault exists to make carrier vetting fast, transparent and repeatable: every check shows its reasons, every override is logged, and carriers only have to fill out their paperwork once.
